Hong Kong's Soach Global picks up stake in e-governance company

Hong Kong-based private investment firm Soach Global has purchased a stake in an Indian e-governance services provider, nearly three years after it bought into a stock exchange. The investment firm, through Mauritius-incorporated entity Soach Global Opportunities Fund, picked up a 0.84% stake in NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Ltd. from Oriental Bank of Commerce.
